First Home Alliance, Inc.(FHA, Inc) was founded and incorporated in the commonwealth of Virginia on August 2, 2002.   June 9, 2003, First Home Alliance, Inc was awarded tax exempt status from the Internal Revenue Service.  In January 2004, FHA, Inc began providing housing counseling and financial literacy training in Northern Virginia.  An office was opened April 2, 2006, in Prince William County, Woodbridge, Virginia.
